From 2021-2022, I helped thousands of health care professionals efficiently and effectively care for patients by leading marketing strategy for multiple physician incentive programs. A key part of this was fully utilizing our provider website for digital communication so we could transition away from print.

For the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems & Health Outcomes Survey (CAHPS HOS) program, we focused on patient experience, creating a digital guidebook for providers instead of mailing a 16-page brochure.

And, when it came to the Medicare Advantage Primary Care Physician Incentive (MA-PCPi) program I helped replace quarterly printed communications by leveraging our Network News e-blast, reducing paper use by 70% and saving the business nearly $200K.

HIGHLIGHTS:
