Hello- nice to meet you! I’m Jenna, a strategic marketing communications leader with 18 years of B2C and B2B corporate, agency, nonprofit and journalism experience. My passion and most recent work is in health/health care but my career spans multiple industries including food and beverage, retail, CPG, financial, manufacturing and technology.
I currently work at UnitedHealth Group - a Fortune 5 company. I’ve also enjoyed time at United Way, Target and three agencies. In addition, I’ve consulted independently through my own LLC and written for Thrillist, Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, The IVF Warrior, The Fertility Tribe and Pregnantish.
My journey to a marketing communications career started with a journalism degree and internship at CNN, followed by 5 years as an on-air news reporter and anchor at TV stations in Montana and Wisconsin. And, the curiosity, tenacity and ability to tell good stories that I developed as a journalist are still reflected in my work today.
I live in Minneapolis with my husband Kirk, 2-year-old son Kamden and goldendoodle Vince. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends as well as doing yoga, working on side projects, and trying new restaurants.
